CPAC-Aftermath

In the aftermath of CPAC, it looks like a lot of attendees, including this blogger came down with what can only be described as a hellish illness. There were a number of people coughing at the event and complaining of sore throats by Saturday but, by Sunday many people were just plain bed ridden. Chest congestion, sore throat, a fever, and all around sickness seem to be the main complaints. This blogger in fact will not be blogging again regularly until she is fully mended...and the inside of her throat no longer looks like a waffle iron. We shall see what the doctor says later today.

Anyways, on Friday night one CPACer mentioned to me that John McCain's daughter has a blog which must have been promoted by the McCainiacs. Whatever the case, his daughter is in fact really really pretty. Don Surber's blog was discussing this fact which encouraged this blogger to take a closer look.

And it's really true people, his daughter isn't just prettier than Chelsea Clinton, she's probably just prettier than most people in general but especially those of us who live in the world of politics where everyone is just Hollywood ugly at best. Whatever the case, it's hard to tell if her political knowledge is any good, she seems to be a Hollywood insider at this point from her resume and friends at her blog. And that makes sense, if you consider that DC is Hollywood for Ugly people, and Hollywood is DC for Beautiful people who are not, uh, never mind.

Anyways, most of the movement has accepted that McCain is the nominee at this point, but don't think he still won't have us riding his tail. Nobody wants Hillary except those who are still mad at John McCain for something he did to them in the past..and just don't want him period.

In the wake of CPAC this has sprung up though..and hardcore McCain haters are doing their own Huckabee ads right now. What will it bring us? Probably nothing, but it makes life interesting..

This blogger must go back to bed now.

A group of Romney supporters have joined forces to create a grass roots movement to promote the nomination of Mitt Romney as VP. If you are interested in learning more, please click on the link below:
